Unlike traditional screen printing that sits on top of the fabric, Dye Sublimation fuses water-based eco-inks directly into the rPET fibers. This allows for photo-realistic graphics that cover 100% of the bag, including seams and gussets.

Is a Transaction Certificate (TC) provided for every shipment?
Yes. We strictly follow GRS 4.0 standards. For every bulk order containing recycled material, we apply for a specific Transaction Certificate (TC) from Control Union. This official document validates the chain of custody from waste bottle to finished bag.
Does rPET fabric affect printing quality compared to virgin PP?
No. Our rPET fabric is optimized for Dye Sublimation. The ink penetrates the fiber directly, resulting in print resolution, color vibrancy, and sharpness that is 100% identical to bags made from virgin polyester.
Is there a setup fee for full-color printing?
No! Unlike rotogravure or screen printing, our Digital Dye Sublimation process requires NO copper cylinders or screens. This means you save $500-$1000 in setup costs, and you can print unlimited colors/gradients for the same price.
Do you handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Yes. We offer full DDP service to the USA, Europe, and Australia. We handle all customs clearance, import duties, and inland trucking to your warehouse door, so you don’t need to worry about import complexities.
What is the lead time for sampling and mass production?
Digital Mockup: 24 hours (Free).
Physical Sample: 3-5 days (Fast sublimation sampling).
Mass Production: 20-25 days after sample approval (depending on quantity).
