We utilize 8-Color High-Speed Rotogravure Presses to print directly onto the reverse side of the BOPP film. This film is then extruded onto the PP woven fabric. The ink is permanently encapsulated between the film and the substrate, guaranteeing superior abrasion resistance and color fastness.
CMYK Process
Full-spectrum color reproduction utilizing engraved steel cylinders.
Abrasion Resistant
Ink is trapped beneath the BOPP layer, preventing scratching during transit.
Setup requires one engraved steel cylinder per color channel. Cylinders are archived for 24 months for repeat production runs.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We support 500 pcs.
While most PP Woven factories require 3,000+ pcs due to setup complexity, TIIOCTI offers an industry-leading low MOQ of 500 pcs to support growing brands.
How can I get a sample before ordering?
Option A (Quality Check): We send a random stock sample for free (you only pay shipping).
Option B (Custom Proof): We print a bag with your artwork. This requires paying the cylinder mold fee upfront. The physical sampling cost is refundable upon bulk order.
What is the standard production lead time?
For orders of 500 - 5,000 pcs, production typically takes 20-25 days after artwork approval. This includes the time needed for cylinder engraving (5-7 days).
Are cylinder (plate) charges one-time?
Yes. You only pay for the engraved steel cylinders on your first order. We store your cylinders for 24 months. Repeat orders with the same design do not incur plate charges.
How much weight can these bags hold?
Standard 140gsm: Holds 15-20kg (Supermarket standard).
Heavy Duty 160-180gsm: Holds 30-50kg (Moving bag standard). All bags feature X-box stitching.
Is PP Woven eco-friendly? (Recycled Options)
Yes. It is a reusable material. We also offer GRS Certified Recycled PP (rPP) options made from post-consumer recycled plastic.
