Premium “Grade A” Jute Sourcing
Not all burlap is created equal. We reject the rough, hairy, and dark fibers commonly used in low-cost packaging. Our factory sources only Grade-A golden fibers for a cleaner, smoother, and stronger finish.
Grade-A Golden Fiber
We use long-staple “Tossa” jute which has a natural golden shine and significantly fewer impurities (bark/specks) than standard grade fibers.

Printing on jute requires expertise. The coarse texture can affect logo clarity. We use specialized techniques to ensure your brand looks sharp, durable, and premium.
Bold Silk Screen

Cotton Pocket / Patch

Do your jute bags have a strong chemical smell?
No. Standard burlap is often processed with kerosene, which causes a bad odor. We use Vegetable Oil Treated (VOT) fibers, ensuring our bags are odor-neutral and safe for food packaging (supermarket standards).
Do the bags shed fibers (dust)?
All natural jute sheds slightly. However, our LDPE internal lamination acts as a barrier, preventing fibers from getting onto the groceries inside. For the outside, we use high-density spinning to minimize shedding by 80% compared to raw sacks.
Can I print fine text or QR codes on Jute?
Standard Jute texture is too coarse for very small details (under 2mm). For complex artwork, QR codes, or fine text, we recommend using our Cotton Pocket patch solution or switching to Juco (Jute-Cotton blend) fabric.
What is the LDPE lining and is it necessary?
LDPE is a thin, food-grade plastic layer fused to the inside of the fabric. It makes the bag waterproof, wipeable, and structured (so it stands up at the checkout counter). We highly recommend it for all retail shopping bags.
