Technical questions regarding thermal performance and fleet customization.

How long do the bags keep food hot/cold?
With our Pro-Core EPE insulation: Hot food stays above 60°C for 3-4 hours. Cold items stay chilled for 4-6 hours (can be extended to 12+ hours with auxiliary ice packs).
Are the liners 100% leakproof?
Yes. We use Voltage Heat Press technology to seal the PEVA liner seams, creating a watertight bucket that prevents spills and leaks completely.
Can I customize the bag size?
Yes. As an OEM manufacturer, we can tailor the dimensions to fit your specific pizza boxes, meal prep cartons, or motorcycle cargo boxes.
How do I clean the bags?
The interior PEVA liner is oil-resistant and should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild sanitizer. Machine washing is not recommended as it may damage the insulation structure.
What is the MOQ for branded bags?
For custom logo printing and specific colors, the MOQ is typically 500 pcs. For fully custom sizes/shapes, the MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs.
