A container of custom bags rarely holds one item number. A typical order mixes woven polypropylene moving bags, printed retail totes, drawstring pouches and a few cooler bags, each in its own carton size and each with a different weight per box. Packed carelessly, that mix arrives with crushed corners, wet lower tiers or a half-empty cube that you paid freight on. Why Mixed SKUs Break Simple Loading Rules

A single SKU can be stacked to the ceiling in uniform rows. A mixed order cannot, because the heaviest cartons and the light, tall ones behave differently under compression.
